Ms. Kulkarni brings over two decades of extensive HR expertise, having navigated complex environments in multinational and Indian companies. Her core competencies lie in maximizing employee potential to fuel growth, leveraging ethical leadership to innovate human capital, and serving as an executive influencer to guide effective change. Her background spans strategic HR business partnering, talent management, industrial relations, and comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. She also serves as CHRO of Ador Powertron Limited, Quench EV Chargers Yonder H2 and Ador Digatron Pvt. Ltd.

Ms. Kulkarni's impressive career journey includes significant roles at GKN Aerospace as Head Human Resources and extended tenures at Steelcase and Haworth. Academically, she holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology & Political Science, both from the University of Mumbai and Chetana college of Arts & Commerce-Bandra, respectively.
