November 2025 : Arvind Advanced Materials Ltd. (AAML) has recently announced a significant addition to its leadership team with the appointment of Nishigandha Kulkarni as the company’s new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). Ms. Kulkarni has officially taken charge in September 2025.

Bringing over 24 years of extensive experience across diverse sectors, including FMCG, manufacturing, retail, and more, Ms. Kulkarni is set to spearhead AAML’s people strategy. Her focus will be on driving talent development, strengthening a high-performance culture, and supporting the organization’s ambitious next phase of growth and innovation.

Ms. Kulkarni's career trajectory showcases a deep expertise in HR leadership and organizational development. Prior to AAML, she served at Iscon Balaji Foods, and held the CHRO position at Wellness Forever Medicare Private Limited. She also spent over nine years at Reliance Communications in various L&D leadership roles.

Academically, Ms. Kulkarni is a strong blend of strategic and theoretical knowledge, holding an Executive Management HRM from the prestigious XLRI Jamshedpur and an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal University. Her foundation is further solidified by an M.Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Madras and a B.Sc. in Statistics from the University of Mumbai, demonstrating a commitment to both people science and management.
