January 2026 : Ather Energy, India’s leading electric vehicle (EV) innovator, has recently announced a major addition to its leadership bench with the appointment of Surabhi Loshali as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This strategic move comes as the company continues to scale its manufacturing capabilities and expand its product portfolio across the domestic and international markets.

Loshali joins Ather Energy following a highly impactful tenure at Strides Pharma Science Limited, where she most recently served as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer. She spent over a decade at Aon (formerly Aon Hewitt). Her career also includes significant experience at Grant Thornton LLP in Los Angeles, where she advised on HR strategy and M&A, as well as an early research-driven stint at Evalueserve.

An alumna of the prestigious XLRI Jamshedpur, where she earned her MBA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, Loshali also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer Science & Chemical Technology from the Delhi College of Engineering.
