Srinivasu Malladi has officially stepped into his role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing over two decades of high-stakes HR leadership to the Pune-based multinational.

Tasked with leading the HR function for a massive workforce of over 15,000, Malladi is partnering directly with CXOs and promoters to sharpen the company's competitive edge. His remit is broad and vital: driving HR strategy, transformation, and talent development while overseeing complex organization redesigns to support aggressive business growth.

Malladi’s approach is defined by a blend of data-driven precision and a deep-rooted understanding of industrial dynamics. In addition to his role at Bharat Forge, Malladi leads the HR shared services across ten legal entities within the Kalyani Group. His goal is to deliver a seamless, technology-driven employee experience that spans the entire "hire-to-retire" lifecycle.

Before joining Bharat Forge, Malladi held senior leadership roles at Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, Granules India Limited, and GSK Consumer Healthcare India. His diverse background also includes pivotal stints at Johnson & Johnson, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, NCR, and MTNL. Notably, he spent four years as a Class 1 Civil Servant for the Government of Andhra Pradesh, a role that honed his skills in compliance and development administration.

An academic powerhouse, Malladi is a Gold Medalist MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Hyderabad and holds a B.Com (Honours) from Osmania University.
