June 2025 : Bosch Software and Digital Solutions has announced the appointment of Aditya Adavi as Vice President, Business Head APAC. In his new role, Adavi will lead the APAC business unit for Digital Solutions and System Integration focusing on P&L ownership and strategic growth initiatives and aspirations of the region.A key focus will be on collaborating with vital ecosystem players to introduce innovative and transformative technologies, including AI and GreenTech, to customers and partners.

Adavi brings over a decade of diverse leadership and product-focused experience within the technology sector to his new role. His extensive tenure with Bosch includes serving as Center Head at Bosch Global Software Technologies for over two years, and earlier as Head of Business Development - EU at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions. He also held the position of Product Manager, Internet of Things (IoT), at Bosch India. Before his most recent role at Bosch, Adavi was the Director of Product Management, IoT, at TeamViewer in Germany, where he was responsible for shaping IoT product strategies.
