August 2026 : CASE Construction Equipment, a global brand under CNH Industrial, has recently appointed Sachin Tare as its new Director - Manufacturing for its flagship production plant in Pithampur, near Indore. In his new leadership role, Tare will lead plant operations with a strategic focus on elevating operational efficiency, product quality, and productivity to cater to accelerating domestic demand and expanding international markets.

The Pithampur facility serves as CASE’s primary manufacturing hub for the Asia-Pacific region, producing Made-in-India heavy equipment exported to over 100 countries. Tare’s appointment comes at a crucial juncture as the infrastructure sector experiences robust momentum, positioning the plant to scale up technological integration and seamless output.

Bringing over three decades of core manufacturing, supply chain, and operational leadership to the table, Tare’s professional journey reflects deep industry expertise. He began his career with a remarkable 28-year tenure at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He subsequently joined HIL Limited (BirlaNu Ltd.) as Assistant Vice President - Manufacturing Operations, where he spent nearly three years optimizing plant operations.

Tare’s strong practical expertise is anchored by a solid academic background. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Industrial Engineering from Nagpur University. He further honed a Graduate Diploma in Materials and Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Materials Management, followed by an Executive MBA from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
