The QuPID Conference & Awards 2023 function recognized and celebrated the excellence achieved by various manufacturing plants at a grand event held in Pune. The Awards platform received 732 nominations from 360 manufacturing plants spread across the length and breadth of India in nine different categories including Quality, Productivity, People (L&D), People (Diversity), Supply Chain Innovation, Product Innovation, Process Innovation, HSE Innovation and Digital Transformation. Each category witnessed intense competition making the task of the Grand Jury Team extremely difficult. The awards function witnessed 39 manufacturing plants winning the QuPID trophy under these nine different categories. Attendees of the function included more than 180 top manufacturing professionals and leaders from across the country. Inspired by the Roman God of Love (Cupid), the name QuPID represents the key factors that drive the manufacturing industry: Quality, People, Productivity, Innovation and Digital Transformation.
