January 2026 : Danaher Corporation has recently announced the appointment of Naresh Narasimhan as the new Group Executive for its Life Sciences Innovations Group (LSIG), marking a strategic transition as the company accelerates its mission to improve human health through cutting-edge science and technology.

Narasimhan will oversee a powerhouse portfolio of LSIG businesses, including Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, SCIEX, Leica Microsystems, and Molecular Devices. These entities are central to Danaher’s vision, providing tools that integrate insight and precision to facilitate faster drug development and enhanced patient outcomes.

In addition to this new mandate, Narasimhan will continue to lead Danaher High Growth Markets (HGM), a division supported by over 10,000 associates with revenues exceeding $5 billion. The dual role reinforces Danaher’s commitment to enhancing healthcare quality and access globally.

Narasimhan brings over three decades of high-impact experience to the Danaher Leadership Team. His career began at Rampion Optisurgicare and Philips Medical Systems, followed by a decade at GE Healthcare. Joining Pall Corporation in 2010, he held several P&L leadership roles across Asia and the U.S., eventually serving as President of Pall and a Danaher Group Executive.

An alumnus of Gujarat University and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. Narasimhan also served as Vice President of AIESEC early in his career.
