Tushar is widely recognized for his ability to turn factories into high-value centers. His expertise lies in integrating Industry 4.0 standards - leveraging automation and digitization to ensure future-ready resilience.

Yogesh Tushar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vijay Nagar Engineering College. His diverse career path began as a Marine Engineer at Pacific International Lines (Singapore), followed by nearly a decade as Production Head at Tata Motors. He subsequently held leadership roles at Fenesta (DCM Shriram), Saint-Gobain Group, and Greenply Industries, most recently serving as Plant & Project Head at Asahi India Glass (AIS) before joining Everest Industries Limited.
