May 2026 : Force Motors Limited has recently appointed Mr. Rajendra Shewale as General Manager - Powertrain Operations. Entrusted with heading operations at the company’s crucial Pithampur Plant in Indore, Rajendra takes the mantle at a pivotal time when automotive engineering is undergoing rapid modernization.

Bringing new energy to the shop floor, Rajendra steps into this top-tier operations role with a monumental track record of over 30 years in engine and powertrain manufacturing. He is widely recognized for combining lean manufacturing philosophies with highly agile operations.

Rajendra joins Force Motors after a long year tenure at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, where he served as the Head of Manufacturing - Engine Manufacturing Plant, Igatpuri. Earlier in his career, Rajendra spent crucial years driving operational excellence at Maruti Suzuki India Limited in Manesar which followed a foundational stint at Mahindra and Mahindra.

Rajendra is an alumnus of IIM Nagpur. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management, anchored by a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Sikkim Manipal University.
