The company has welcomed Mr. Joyraj Mondal as the new Vice President - R&D and New Product Development.

Mondal’s career is defined by a consistent track record of driving technical advancement. Before joining Garware Fulflex, he served as the Head - Technology & Innovation at J.K. Fenner (India) Ltd., where he spent over a decade leading transformative R&D initiatives. His extensive professional background also includes senior technical and management roles at Gates India Pvt. Ltd. and PIX Transmissions Ltd.
A specialist in polymer and plastics engineering, Mondal’s academic foundation was laid at the University of Calcutta, where he earned his Bachelor of Technology. This technical depth has enabled him to bridge the gap between material science and commercial manufacturing throughout his 22-year tenure in the industry.
