Mr. Kapania brings a wealth of leadership experience to Grasim, having held significant positions within the Aditya Birla Group, including Vice Chairman of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited and Vice Chairman of Grasim Industries Limited. Notably, he served as Managing Director of Idea Cellular Ltd. for over seven years, demonstrating his ability to lead and drive growth in dynamic and competitive industries. Additionally he is currently a Non Executive Director at Vodafone Idea Limited.
