November 2025 : Greaves Cotton Limited, the 165-year-old engineering powerhouse transforming into a future-ready mobility solutions provider, recently announced the strategic appointment of Assem Srivastav as President – International Business.

Mr. Srivastav joins Greaves Cotton to lead the company's global expansion and drive the "next wave of global growth," aligning with Greaves' focus on enabling a sustainable transition to green and fuel-agnostic mobility.

He brings a stellar 31-year track record of success, having held roles spanning Sales Engineer to COO, CEO, and Managing Director, leading complex turnarounds and business transformations globally. His extensive experience includes leadership tenures at prominent industry players such as Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Kirloskar Group, Vardhman, and McNally.

An advocate for purpose-driven transformation, Mr. Srivastav operates under a philosophy of "conscious leadership." He is recognized as the first certified conscious business coach in India (USA certified) and is a Fulbright student of global leadership from the Carnegie Bosch Institute, Pittsburgh. Academically, he is a Production Engineer from Pune University and holds a PG Diploma in Marketing Management from Mumbai University.
