Hical Technologies Appoints Mayank Bedi as Chief Information Officer

August 2026 : Hical Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has recently appointed Mayank Bedi as its Chief Information Officer. Stepping into this leadership role at the company’s Bengaluru headquarters, Bedi will spearhead Hical’s overall IT strategy, accelerate its digital transformation roadmap, and elevate smart manufacturing, cybersecurity, and enterprise application capabilities across the aerospace, defence, and space manufacturing sectors.

Bedi brings over 24 years of experience modernizing complex global enterprise environments, delivering over $600 million in business value through cloud optimization, SAP transformations, AI-led initiatives, and enterprise security programs. In his new role, he will partner closely with executive leadership to align IT operations with business expansion and drive operational resilience.

Prior to joining Hical Technologies, Bedi served as Assistant Vice President - Application Head at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd.. He previously served as Director - IT SAP at Ecolab, Assistant Executive Director at Dalmia Bharat Group, and Head of IT at V.S.T. Tillers Tractors Ltd. Earlier in his career, he held key IT management and leadership roles at Base Corporation Ltd., Jockey India, LifeisWorld, LG Electronics, Godrej, and Accel Frontline (servicing Cadbury Schweppes).

Bedi holds a Senior Leadership certification from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Dr. C. V. Raman University, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science. Additionally, he holds industry credentials including Certified Blockchain Expert V2, ISO:27001:2013 Lead Auditor, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and ITIL Version 3 certifications.
