April 2026 : Deepak Jagtap has begun a new chapter as the Director of Innovation and Supply Chain Excellence at Kenvue. With a career defined by the ability to turn complex logistical puzzles into seamless business growth, Jagtap’s appointment marks a strategic move for the consumer health giant as it sharpens its focus on operational brilliance.

Success in the modern supply chain isn't just about moving products from point A to point B; it’s about the people and the foresight behind the process. Jagtap arrives in this role with a clear mission: to continuously optimize processes and empower teams to deliver value across the organization. His leadership is expected to bring a fresh perspective to how Kenvue aligns its internal operations with long-term business strategy.

Before stepping into his current position, he served as Kenvue’s Integrated Planning Head for India, where he spent years mastering the delicate balance of demand, distribution, and inventory. His career reads like a masterclass in operations, beginning at Dabur India Limited and then a significant 12-year tenure at Johnson & Johnson.

He holds a PGDIE in Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (formerly NITIE) and earned his engineering degree in Computer Science from SGGSIE&T in Nanded.
