Eras isn't just joining a company; she is joining a legacy. With a career spanning approximately 24 years, she has mastered the art of balancing business strategy with the genuine needs of a workforce. Her expertise is vast, covering everything from organizational transformation and leadership development to the intricate world of compensation and benefits. She arrives at Kirloskar Chillers with a clear mission: to strengthen the company’s people practices and foster an environment where every employee can thrive.

Eras’s professional story is a roadmap of some of the most influential brands in the global market. She began her academic foundation at the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune, where she earned her MPM in Human Resources.

From there, she built an impressive portfolio, spending over eight years at SKF India. Her journey continued through Wipro Technologies, Arvind Ltd (Advanced Materials Division) and Schneider Electric. Most recently, she spent eight transformative years at Voltas Limited (A TATA Enterprise), leading HR for Corporate and Support Functions, before serving as Head of HR for the International Business Unit at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited.
