November 2025 : Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited has recently announced the strategic appointment of Mr. Sanjay Agarwal as its new Senior Vice President for Procurement of Steel and Tube Business in Pune. Agarwal brings a profound wealth of knowledge, with over 32 years of experience spanning Commercial, Sourcing, and International Trade.

Agarwal joins Kirloskar Ferrous after a successful tenure of over ten years as the Chief Commercial & Sourcing Officer at Saarloha Advanced Materials Pvt. Ltd. (part of the Kalyani Group). Prior to his role at Saarloha, he held leadership positions at Trident Group India for nearly eight years, including Chief Sourcing Officer-Capex. His career also includes an impactful 12-year stint at Jindal Stainless, where he managed export commercial functions and was successful in the imposition of Anti-dumping duties on dumped imports of cold rolled flat products.

Agarwal's strong technical and financial foundation is underpinned by his professional qualification as an ACMA from The Institute Of Cost Accountants Of India, alongside an Entrepreneurial Education Programme from the Indian School of Business (ISB). His extensive experience in contract management, capital equipment sourcing, and steering major cost-saving programs positions him as a crucial leader for Kirloskar Ferrous as it looks toward future growth and efficiency in its steel and tube operations.
