July 2026 : L&T Semiconductor Technologies (LTSCT) has recently appointed Vinay Bhanot as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) - Global. In his new role, Bhanot will oversee LTSCT’s global growth and revenue strategy, focusing on expanding market footprint, deepening strategic customer partnerships, and turning cutting-edge semiconductor innovation into high-growth, enduring business.

Partnering alongside Sandeep Kumar and LTSCT’s global team, Bhanot will help steer the company’s expansion. For Bhanot, the move also marks a meaningful return to the Larsen & Toubro family.

Bhanot brings over 25 years of global technology and engineering leadership, backed by an impressive career spanning pivotal executive roles across HCLTech (SVP & Global Head), L&T Technology Services (EVP & Chief Business Officer), Capgemini (VP), Tata Technologies (VP North America), Larsen & Toubro (Regional Director), Rockwell Automation, Emerson Process Management, and Invensys. He is also an official member of the Forbes Technology Council.

Bhanot holds a Global Executive MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, a B.Eng in Controls & Computers from the University of Westminster, and Supply Chain Leadership credentials from UT Dallas's Naveen Jindal School of Management.
