November 2025 : In a significant move set to fast-track India's green technology adoption, automotive veteran Madhukar has joined JSW Greentech Limited as the Head-Battery. He steps into a crucial role, responsible for leading the Traction Battery Design and Development for the company's ambitious Heavy Commercial Electric Vehicle (HCEV) truck and bus portfolio.

Madhukar brings an impressive nearly two decades of experience across the EV and automotive landscape, including key roles at industry giants like Volvo Group, Hero MotoCorp, GM, and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. His expertise spans the entire EV lifecycle, from setting up System Simulation and Analysis groups to leading the development of various hybrid and electric vehicle prototypes, including the HERO Duet-e scooter and HERO Leap range-extender.

Madhukar possesses a strong academic foundation, having earned his MS in Automotive Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth.

His deep domain knowledge in Model-Based Development (MBD), Battery Management Systems (BMS), and system integration is expected to provide JSW Greentech with a decisive edge as it seeks to capture a leading position in the burgeoning HCEV segment.
