November 2025 : Micropack Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high-reliability Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for strategic sectors, has recently announced the appointment of Deepak Tyagi as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). This key leadership addition is poised to accelerate the company’s operational scale and reinforce its critical role within India’s indigenous Defence and Aerospace programs.
Mr. Tyagi brings a wealth of experience- nearly two decades of leadership- specializing in operational excellence, manufacturing transformation, and strategic business growth. His impressive career includes impactful roles at global automotive and manufacturing giants such as Sogefi Group, ADM Group, Autoliv, Renault Nissan Automotive India Pvt Ltd, Cooper Standard, and Trelleborg Group.
Mr. Tyagi’s expertise will be crucial in scaling operations to meet the stringent demands of major national programs, including advanced fighter aircraft, missile systems, naval platforms, and ISRO’s space missions. His focus will be on strengthening the company’s supply chain resilience and driving technology-led manufacturing efficiencies.
Micropack is a vital partner in India's push towards self-reliance in defense electronics, holding the distinction of being India’s only PCB manufacturer with both NADCAP accreditation and USA MIL-PRF-31032 certification. Mr. Tyagi's leadership will further leverage these high-quality standards to solidify Micropack’s strategic market position.
Deepak Tyagi’s appointment is underpinned by a strong academic foundation, including an MBA in Operations Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, a SMP in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management Raipur, and a Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance and Risk Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. His blend of advanced education and deep industrial acumen positions him perfectly to align Micropack’s operational execution with national priorities.
