Panasonic’s collaboration with Blue Yonder, the autonomous Supply Chain expert, began in January 2019. After acquiring 20% of the stakes in July 2020, Panasonic has now acquired the entire company at the valuation of USD 8.5 billion. Blue Yonder is an end-to-end, digital fulfilment platform provider and the acquisition strengthens Panasonic’s portfolio and accelerates the companies’ shared Autonomous Supply Chain mission, empowering customers to optimize their supply chains using the combined power of AI/ML and IoT and edge devices.
