January 2026 : Rieco Industries Limited, a leader in industrial air pollution control and bulk solids handling, has bolstered its executive leadership with the appointment of Ananda Talekar as General Manager - Plant Head. Talekar, a manufacturing veteran with over two decades of expertise, will lead the company’s manufacturing operations from its Pune-based facilities.

Talekar joins Rieco at a pivotal time as the company looks to scale its production capabilities and enhance its competitive edge in the industrial engineering sector. His focus will remain on building resilient systems and fostering a high-performance shop-floor culture. The appointment is seen as a strategic move by Rieco to leverage Talekar’s deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Business Process Management to streamline complex production cycles.

Ananda Talekar brings a formidable track record to Rieco, having spent over 21 years at Thermax Limited. In his early years, he worked alongside McKinsey. Talekar is an alumnus of the Government College of Engineering and Research, Pune, where he earned his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, following a Diploma in the same field from Government Polytechnic, Karad.
