February 2026 : FORVIA HELLA, a global leader in automotive lighting and electronics, has recently appointed Sucheta Sharma as the new Country HR Head for India and the JIKA region. Having stepped into the role in January 2026, Sharma brings two decades of experience in human resources to the seventh-largest automotive technology supplier in the world.

Sharma is recognized as an intrinsic HR leader with a knack for ‘seeing ahead of the curve.’ Her expertise spans the entire HR ecosystem - from organizational development and inclusion to advanced HR analytics.

Sharma’s appointment follows a successful stint at AUO Mobility Solutions (formerly BHTC), where she served as Head of Global Talent Management. Her career is marked by a nearly 13-year tenure at Eaton, where she rose through the ranks to become the Talent Development Manager for the Eaton India Innovation Center. Earlier roles included management positions at Mahindra & Mahindra (R&D Center) and Samsonite.

Academically, Sharma is an alumna of Pune University (MBA) and completed an executive education program in HR at the prestigious Wharton School.
