Mr. Joshi’s transition into this role is backed by over 28 years of rigorous international experience. He most recently served as Director & CEO of Sundaram Clayton Limited (TVS Group), where he spent over seven years overseeing global operations across India, the USA, and Germany. His career highlights include transformative stints at Endurance Technologies Ltd., Jaya Hind Industries, and nearly nine years at Ryobi Die Casting in North America. He began his professional climb at Perfect Alloy Components and Greaves Ltd, grounding his leadership in technical excellence.

This practical expertise is built upon a solid academic foundation: a BE in Metallurgy from COEP Technological University, an M.S. from The Ohio State University, and an MBA from Indiana Tech.
