August 2025 : Zetwerk has recently announced a significant strategic move, acquiring a controlling stake in KRYFS Power Components Ltd, a leading producer of transformer solutions. This acquisition is set to combine Zetwerk's digital manufacturing platform with KRYFS's extensive engineering expertise to meet the increasing demand for power and electrification solutions.

This partnership expands Zetwerk's footprint in the electrical and renewable energy sector. KRYFS operates 10 plants across India and is notable as the sole Indian firm producing 765 kV class transformer laminations and transformer tanks.
