September 2026 : Aarti Pharmalabs Limited has recently announced the appointment of Mr. Gale R S as its new General Manager - Manufacturing. The hire comes as the pharmaceutical leader accelerates its global footprint, aiming to enhance core production standards and scale operational capabilities.

In his new role, Gale will lead manufacturing operations across key divisions, driving process excellence, risk mitigation, and strict adherence to global EHS guidelines. His focus will span Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), Contract Development and Manufacturing Operations (CDMO), and advanced formulation manufacturing.

A Chemical Engineering graduate from Bangalore University, Gale brings a quarter-century of technical expertise across top-tier multinational pharmaceutical organizations. He holds 25 years of experience in new product development, data-driven quality strategies, and large-scale manufacturing operations.

Gale began his professional journey at SMS Pharmaceuticals Limited, followed by a role at Anu’s Laboratories Ltd. He subsequently worked at Piramal Pharma Solutions, before spending over a decade at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Later, he served as AGM Technical Operations at Hikal Ltd, DGM Manufacturing & Operations at Shilpa Pharma Lifesciences Limited, and most recently held the position of Head of Technical Operations at Jubilant Pharma Limited.
