August 2026 : ANDRITZ Technologies - India has recently appointed Kirtiraj Jilkar as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. In his capacity as MD & CEO, Jilkar will lead multiple business units across ANDRITZ Technologies - India, taking direct charge of overall business strategy, manufacturing, operations planning and control, service delivery, and asset integrity to support the firm’s growth trajectory.

Jilkar’s appointment positions ANDRITZ Technologies - India to strengthen customer partnerships, streamline manufacturing workflows, and reinforce its market position as a premier provider of technology-driven industrial solutions.

Jilkar brings a wealth of industrial experience to ANDRITZ Technologies - India, having built a formidable track record over 16 years at Thermax Limited. During his tenure at Thermax, he held key executive positions - including Executive Vice President, Head of EPC Operations, and Business Head for O&M Services and Solar PV.

His educational foundation includes a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, and advanced executive training through the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
