July 2026 : Asahi India Glass Limited (AIS) has expanded its leadership capability with the appointment of Manoj Yadav as the Head of Manufacturing for its windows division, AIS Windows. The addition comes as AIS continues to scale up its production footprint and sharpen its focus on innovation, efficiency, and delivering high-performance solutions to its expanding customer base.
With over three decades of hands-on experience in industrial operations, Yadav brings a well-honed track record of operational excellence to AIS Windows. Known for driving lean manufacturing practices, process re-engineering, and World Class Quality (WCQ) standards, his leadership is set to optimize resource utilization while enhancing overall productivity and product quality across operations. Throughout his career, Yadav has demonstrated an aptitude for cost optimization, including strategies that delivered significant annual operational savings.
Yadav’s professional trajectory spans leadership roles across prominent industrial names. He spent over two decades at Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles as AGM - Manufacturing, following early-career experience at Munjal Showa Ltd. He later served as National Manufacturing Head at Fenesta Windows, Chief Operating Officer at Obeetee Carpets, and Vice President of Operations at Neokraft Global. Prior to joining AIS, he held executive roles as Senior Vice President of Operations at Ozone Group and a second high-impact stint as National Manufacturing Head at Fenesta Building Systems, where he spearheaded operations across seven factories. Academically, Yadav holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with Distinction and an MBA in Marketing from IGNOU.
