Board of Directors at Ultratech Cement Approves Expanding Brownfield Capacity in Maharashtra

The proposed capacity expansion that requires an investment of INR ₹504.4 crores is to be added by FY26.

April 2024 : The Board of Directors at UltraTech Cement has approved the expansion of brownfield capacity in Maharashtra. The Board has approved 1.2 MTPA expansion at Parli post-acquisition of the grinding unit and 1.8 MTPA expansion at Dhule. The proposed capacity expansion that requires an investment of INR ₹504.4 crores is to be added by FY26.

The decision to expand has been taken keeping in mind the need to cater to future growth.
