Bonfiglioli welcomed Mr. Naresh Rajendran as HR Director India - Human Capital, a move aimed at bolstering its organizational strength during a phase of aggressive sustainable growth.
With a career spanning over two decades, Mr. Rajendran is recognized as a heavyweight in the Human Resources domain. His professional journey is defined by a consistent ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments across the engineering, industrial, and renewable energy sectors.
Throughout his tenure, he has mastered the art of organizational transformation. His expertise is broad and deep, encompassing organizational development, change management, capability building, HR Digitalization, supporting factory & R&D start-ups and global shared-services operations.
Before joining Bonfiglioli, Mr. Rajendran spent eight years at Grundfos, most recently serving as Director HR for the Europe & IMEA Region. Prior to that, he spent over nine years at Vestas. His foundational years were shaped at HCL Technologies Ltd, giving him a diverse background in both industrial and tech-driven HR practices.
His academic credentials further solidify his expertise. He holds a Master of Social Work (HRM & OB) from the prestigious Madras School of Social Work (University of Madras) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the same university.
