March 2025 : Vinayak Deshpande has been promoted to the role of Executive Director - Engineering at Harman International. With over 30 years of extensive experience in the IT industry, Deshpande brings a wealth of expertise in technology, delivery management, and solution architecture to his new role.
Deshpande's career includes significant tenures at Wipro, Genisys Consulting Group, L&T Infotech, and Impact Systems, culminating in his recent roles at HARMAN International, where he progressed from Director Engineering to Senior Director of Engineering.
In his new capacity as Executive Director - Engineering, Deshpande will focus on leading HARMAN's factories and customer facilities towards AI-powered manufacturing, aiming to bridge the gap between IT and OT worlds.
