July 2026 : Hyperion Materials & Technologies has recently announced the successful completion of the acquisition of Manar Tools Pvt Ltd, a premier manufacturer of custom PCD and PCBN cutting tools based in Pune, India.

This integration bridges Hyperion’s world-class materials science pedigree with Manar’s specialized expertise in custom, downstream end-user solutions. Manar has carved out a highly respected niche in high-precision manufacturing, specializing in PCD rotary tools, inserts, gun drills, and indexable tooling, with an exceptionally strong foothold in India’s booming consumer electronics sector.

By bringing Manar into the fold, Hyperion accelerates its vertical integration strategy, positioning itself to deliver unparalleled innovation to automotive, aerospace, oil and gas, and electronics manufacturers throughout the region.
