August 2026 : Krones has inaugurated its new manufacturing facility in Vemagal, near Bangalore. The site expands the company’s footprint in India, enabling closer customer collaboration and bolstering its presence in one of the world’s primary growth hubs for the beverage, food, and packaging sectors.

Krones already operates a robust network across the country, comprising Krones India and Krones Digital Solutions India in Bangalore, Krones Processing India in Hyderabad, and System Logistics India in Mumbai. The addition of the Vemagal plant provides a key manufacturing base designed to drive long-term strategic expansion.

Highlighting the region's importance, Ralf Goldbrunner, Member of the Executive Board of Krones AG, stated: "India is one of the world's most dynamic growth markets. With the opening of this facility, we are reaffirming Krones' long-term commitment to the country and creating a platform for future growth, innovation and value creation. We see India as a strategic market and an important part of Krones' global growth journey."
