July 2026 : Procter & Gamble India has recently appointed Ashish Doneria as its new Senior Director and Plant Manager for its Ahmedabad operations. The appointment marks a new chapter for the manufacturing leader, who will steer one of P&G’s key regional hubs toward higher efficiency, cross-functional synergy, and modern supply chain maturity.

Behind this promotion lies a robust 17-year track record defined by manufacturing excellence, supply network operations, and complex human resource leadership. Doneria has spent over 15 years with P&G India, moving through high-impact roles in Ahmedabad and Hyderabad - including managing Vicks manufacturing lines and acting as Site HR Leader. Before cementing his long tenure at P&G, his foundational years were spent at General Motors India.

Doneria earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Surat. He also completed his MBA specializing in Operations from the Vinod Gupta School of Management (VGSOM) at IIT Kharagpur.
