March 2025 : Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd. has announced the acquisition of International Automotive Components Group (IAC) Sweden AB, a prominent Swedish manufacturer of interior systems and components for the automotive industry.

The acquisition of IAC Sweden AB represents a significant strategic expansion for Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd. The move solidifies the company's presence within the European automotive sector and strengthens its relationships with key original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), including Volvo Cars, Volvo Trucks, and Scania.
