August 2026 : Aerolloy Technologies Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of PTC Industries Limited, has secured a landmark agreement with Airbus. The deal covers the development, qualification, industrialization, and future supply of high-precision Titanium castings for Airbus' flagship commercial jetliner lines: the A320neo, A330neo, and A350 aircraft programs.
Beyond the high-profile commercial programs involved, the contract marks a major structural evolution in India’s high-tech manufacturing ecosystem.
Under the agreement, Aerolloy will produce the advanced Titanium components using an integrated end-to-end model. Every step - from raw Titanium material production to precision casting, machining, rigorous inspection, and delivery - will occur under a single, unified setup. The final parts will arrive at Airbus assembly lines in a fully machined, ready-to-fit condition.
In conventional aerospace supply chains, these manufacturing stages are typically fragmented across multiple vendors and geographical hubs. Bringing the entire production lifecycle into one centralized manufacturing environment ensures superior process control, higher quality consistency, strict traceability, and enhanced supply-chain resilience.
The partnership reinforces Airbus’ strategy to deepen its manufacturing footprint in India, transforming local industrial players into core suppliers for the global aviation sector. For Aerolloy and its parent company PTC Industries, the deal represents a firm leap deeper into the commercial aerospace value chain, showcasing the execution of their "PTC ONE™ - From Melt to Mission" strategy - which integrates metallurgy, material sourcing, precision machining, and strict compliance.
The multi-program deal serves as a tangible model for the country's broader industrial ambitions - demonstrating that domestic manufacturers can meet the stringent requirements of global aerospace, moving advanced components from Indian shop floors directly onto jetliners worldwide.
