July 2026 : Eternis Fine Chemicals Limited has recently announced a key addition to its leadership team with the appointment of Mahesh Dicholkar as the new HR Leader for Manufacturing in India. Operating out of the company’s Daund facility, Mahesh steps into the role to lead talent strategy, employee engagement, and industrial relations across its manufacturing footprint.

Mahesh brings over 16 years of rich experience across chemical and manufacturing majors. Most recently, he served as General Manager HR at Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd., leading HR and employee relations across Mahad and Chiplun. His impressive career trajectory also includes pivotal roles at United Spirits Limited (A Diageo Group Company) as Manager Unit HR in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, and a five-year foundational tenure at Supreme Petrochem Ltd in Mumbai, where he managed talent acquisition, statutory compliance, and HR systems.

An alumnus of the prestigious Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies with a Master’s in Labour Studies (MLS), Mahesh also holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Botany/Plant Biology (First Class) from the University of Mumbai and the Institute of Science.
