Nov 2026 : Hikal Limited has signed a multi-year contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) agreement with a Europe-based global agrochemical firm. Under the terms of the deal, Hikal’s Crop Protection division will supply a specialized agrochemical product to global markets following years of joint technical development.

The long-term partnership marks a major commercial milestone for Hikal's Crop Protection business. The company successfully completed the initial process development and scale-up phase, paving the way for full-scale commercialization. Commercial launches are scheduled toward the end of FY 2026-27, with supply volumes anticipated to scale progressively as regulatory approvals are secured across target global jurisdictions.

The agreement underscores Hikal's process chemistry expertise and its ability to transition complex customer requirements into sustained, long-term commercial supply relationships.
