July 2026 : Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. has elevated Amit Gera to a dual leadership role. He takes charge as Cluster SCC Head and National Head for Manufacturing Excellence & Supply Chain Capability, operating from the company’s Noida hub.

This move underscores Jubilant FoodWorks’ sharp focus on streamlining its supply chain capabilities, optimizing manufacturing efficiencies, and scaling modern logistics infrastructure across its growing pan-India network.

Gera brings over two decades of deep domain experience spanning end-to-end production planning, logistics procurement, customer service, warehouse operations, and large-scale supply chain technology integrations.

Before this elevation, Gera served as Cluster SCC Head at Jubilant FoodWorks, having initially joined the organization as Assistant Vice President of Supply Chain in Bengaluru. Prior to his tenure at JFL, he spent over 13 years at Reckitt, holding key positions such as Factory Manager, Head of External Manufacturing, and National Logistics Manager for India. He began his career at CSC before transitioning into core operations.

Gera holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering & Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, and earned his MBA specializing in Supply Chain & Operations from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (formerly NITIE).
