With the rise of Agentic AI and modern workflow translation capabilities, software can now automatically serve runbooks, alerts, and step-by-step guidance in an operator’s native language - whether that's Tamil, Hindi, or Marathi.
Instead of forcing workers to adapt to the software, smart manufacturing adapts the software to the worker. When an AI agent flags an operational alert and presents the corrective action in clear, native phrasing, the operator isn't wrestling with software - they are simply validating a decision and executing it seamlessly.
