Kishor’s journey is rooted in academic and professional brilliance. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Studies (Operations Management) from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and an EPGDBM from Symbiosis International University.

His professional foundation began as a Senior Engineer at Aurangabad Electricals Ltd, before a prolific 25-year tenure at Sigma Engineered Solutions. There, he rose from Assistant General Manager to Group Plant Head in India and eventually served as Vice President of North American Operations. His career is decorated with prestigious honors, including the JIPM TPM Excellence Award and the National 5S Excellence Award.
