August 2025 : Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Limited (ADSTL) has recently announced a definitive agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Indamer Technics Private Limited (ITPL), a leading private-sector provider of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services. The acquisition was made through Adani's joint venture, Horizon Aero Solutions Limited, a partnership with Prime Aero Services LLP.

The acquisition strengthens Adani Defence & Aerospace’s MRO capabilities and footprint. ITPL's state-of-the-art greenfield facility in Nagpur's MIHAN SEZ, which can accommodate 15 aircraft bays, will play a central role in this expansion. The facility is approved by major aviation regulators, including DGCA and FAA, and offers a comprehensive suite of MRO services.

Mr. Jeet Adani, Director of Adani Airports, highlighted the acquisition's importance, stating, "This acquisition is the next step in our push to establish India as a premier global MRO destination. It also reinforces our commitment to building an integrated aviation services ecosystem that strengthens India’s aviation infrastructure."
