Pritesh’s leadership is built on a rock-solid academic foundation. He holds an MSc in Organic Chemistry from South Gujarat University, Surat, and has sharpened his technical edge through advanced programs at IIT Bombay. Before joining Cropnosys, Desai spent over two decades climbing the ranks at Aether Industries Limited, where he was instrumental in their manufacturing success, alongside significant earlier tenures at UPL (United Phosphorus Limited) and Sajjan India Limited.
