June 2026 : Crystal Crop Protection Limited has recently announced the promotion of Dr. Vinay Kumar Singh to Senior Deputy General Manager - Technology Transfer. In his elevated role, Dr. Singh will continue to steer the company's vital tech transfer, Kilo Lab, Pilot Plant, Quality Lab, and Process Development Lab activities out of Sonipat. Dr. Singh’s expanded mandate focuses intensely on scaling up new agrochemical active ingredients, maximizing operational excellence, and refining process development.

Dr. Singh began his professional journey at Sun Pharma, before honing his process optimization skills at Zydus Cadila. He then moved to Parabolic Drugs, diving deep into API route design and impurity profiling. Prior to joining Crystal Crop Protection in 2023, he spent over 11 years at PI Industries, leading critical organic synthesis and scale-up projects.

His practical expertise is backed by solid academic roots, holding a Master of Science in Chemistry from V.B.S. Purvanchal University and a PhD in Chemistry from Bhopal Nobles University.
