May 2026 : Force Motors Ltd has recently announced the appointment of Mr. Kunal Kamal as General Manager - Transmission. Based out of the company’s corporate headquarters in Akurdi, Pune, Kamal steps into the role this month to steer transmission innovation and excellence across the brand's commercial and evolving product portfolios.

Kunal transitioned to Force Motors from International Tractors Limited (Sonalika), where he served as Transmission Lead for the agricultural segment. His foundational career pillars were built during a prolific total of over fifteen years at VE Commercial Vehicles, rising to Head Driveline where he notably spearheaded E-axle designs for electric commercial vehicles. His earlier career milestones include key design positions at Foton Motors and Mahindra Hinoday Industries Ltd.

Backing this experience is a rock-solid academic foundation. Kamal earned his B.Tech in Manufacturing Engineering from the National Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology and later honed his executive leadership acumen through the Management Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management Indore.
