June 2026 : Henkel has recently appointed Pradhyumna Ingle as its new Country President for India. Operating from the company’s headquarters in Navi Mumbai, Ingle will spearhead Henkel’s localized growth strategies, deepen its market presence, and fuel high-impact innovation during a time of immense economic transformation in the country.
Taking over the leadership of a massive corporate ecosystem requires someone who knows the organization inside out, and Ingle brings exactly that multi-decade stability. For nearly 25 years, he has navigated international B2B and B2B2C markets for Henkel, advancing from a Marketing Manager for Loctite Engineering Adhesives in India back in 2001 to various regional and global executive roles. Even as he steps into the presidency, Ingle will continue to pull double duty, maintaining his existing global responsibilities as Global Head - Infrastructure Protection & Repair and IMEA Head - Manufacturing & Maintenance within Henkel Adhesive Technologies.
Over the last quarter-century, Ingle has built high-performing cross-functional teams and driven complex cross-border acquisitions across North America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East & Africa. Prior to his extensive, decorated tenure with Henkel, his early foundational years were spent gaining invaluable boots-on-the-ground market experience as a Senior Engineer in Marketing Services at Lincoln Helios India.
Ingle earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the Government Engineering College, Ujjain, before sharpening his business acumen with an MBA from the Institute of Management Studies, Indore.
Commenting on the appointment, Ashraf Elafifi, IMEA President, Henkel, said: “India is a key growth engine for Henkel globally. Pradhyumna brings a unique combination of global perspective, deep market understanding, customer-centricity, and proven leadership in driving transformation and sustainable growth. His extensive experience across multiple regions and industries positions him exceptionally well to lead Henkel India’s next chapter of growth.”
Ingle succeeds S. Sunil Kumar, who successfully led Henkel India over the past five years and is now relocating to Dubai to steer strategic projects across the wider EMEA region.
