November 2025 : In a significant boost to India's renewable energy ambitions and the 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' mission, INOX Air Products (INOXAP) has announced a long-term, on-site gas supply agreement with Grew Energy for their state-of-the-art 3 GW Solar PV Cell manufacturing facility in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh.

This strategic collaboration establishes a critical supply chain link, guaranteeing the continuous provision of Ultra-High Purity (UHP) Nitrogen, an essential input for the highly precise manufacturing of photovoltaic solar cells. To ensure reliable, round-the-clock service, INOXAP will invest in and develop a dedicated pipeline network connecting Grew Energy’s facility to its existing Air Separation Unit (ASU) in the region.

Grew Energy, a flagship venture of the Chiripal Group, aims to position India as a global hub for solar PV cell manufacturing. The 3 GW facility is expected to begin operations in early 2026.

Commenting on the development, Diganta Sarma, Head of Strategy and Business Development at INOX Air Products, said: "This long-term agreement marks a major milestone in bolstering India's solar manufacturing ecosystem by securing a reliable and sustainable supply of high-purity industrial gases. Such partnerships not only help nation-wide development but also contribute to the micro-level regional industrial growth."
