June 2026 : IRISS, Inc. has recently announced the appointment of Sreekanth Upadhyaya as its new Country Head for India and APAC. Bringing over three decades of deep industrial expertise, Upadhyaya is tasked with driving the company's regional P&L management and scaling its footprint in industrial electrical safety solutions.

Sreekanth steps into his new role at IRISS following a successful stint as Business Director at Vedant Equip Sales & Service Pvt. Ltd., where he managed a substantial INR 1,700M+ portfolio. He previously drove sustainable market penetration and business development at Trinergy Technologies, served as Business Head for SKF India's ₹5,000 Mn+ industrial division, and led the Power Tools business across India and Africa for Ingersoll Rand. His foundational expertise in power management and automation was honed during a six-year tenure at Eaton, nearly seven years at Honeywell Process Solutions, and a crucial early career chapter at Yokogawa India, which followed stints at Forbes Marshall and CDR Medical Systems.

Fueling this impressive multi-decade climb is a strong technical baseline established right at the start of his journey. Upadhyaya earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology from the Siddaganga Institute of Technology.
