Celebrating a significant milestone in his career, Ravi Ranjan was recently promoted to Assistant General Manager - Manufacturing at JSW MG Motor India. In his new capacity, Ranjan will oversee body shop operations, steering a massive team of engineers and group leaders toward a future of lean manufacturing and heightened productivity.

Ranjan is known for more than just managing assembly lines - he is a specialist in capacity enhancement and process engineering. At JSW MG Motor India, his focus remains sharp: driving innovation, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Ranjan has spent over seven years with Morris Garages India, previously serving as the Weld Shop Operation Head. His foundational expertise was built at global giants including Ford Motor Company, Ashok Leyland, and Timken India Ltd. This practical background is supported by a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communications from The Institution of Engineers Kolkata (AMIE) and a Diploma in Mechatronics from NTTF.
