June 2025 : MAHLE ANAND Filter Systems Private Limited recently announced the appointment of Mr. Vikas Aggarwal as its new Vice President & Head of Engineering (R&D), effective June 2025.

Mr. Aggarwal brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role, having dedicated over 14 years to the MAHLE ANAND group. Prior to this appointment, he served for six and a half years as Vice President / Head of Central & Supplier Quality at MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems India Pvt Ltd (previously DELPHI) in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. In this role, he was responsible for the quality across five MAHLE plants and BS-6 product lines, also focusing on establishing Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for product development and durability.

Before his quality leadership, Mr. Aggarwal headed Design & Development for Thermal Management Systems HVAC at MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems for over three and a half years. During this period, he led multi-functional teams, secured new business with major automotive OEMs like Nissan, Tata, and M&M, and initiated new product development for e-mobility, including pioneering battery cooling systems. His earlier tenure also saw him as Head of Engineering & Program Management, where he played a critical role in new product development, cost reduction, and enhancing business continuity.

Mr. Aggarwal's extensive background in R&D, quality, and program management within the automotive components sector positions him to drive innovation and strategic development at MAHLE ANAND Filter Systems.
